Trip Name: Balaji Incredible: 7 Days Kinnaur Valley Adventure 

Starting Point: Chandigarh

Ending Point: Chandigarh

Tour Inclusions:

• Accommodation: 6 nights in comfortable 3* or 4* hotels/resorts (based on your package choice)

• Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner (vegetarian/non-vegetarian options available)

• Transportation: AC/Non-AC vehicle for the entire trip (depending on the weather conditions and accessibility of the routes)

• Guided Sightseeing: Full-day sightseeing tours in all major locations with experienced local guides

• Permits: Necessary permits for the Spiti Valley (inner line permit)

• Local Transfers: Transfers to/from railway stations/bus stands (if applicable)

• Travel Assistance: Assistance throughout the trip for smooth travel

• Tour Coordinator: A professional tour coordinator to ensure a smooth experience

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Chandigarh to Shimla - Local Sightseeing

• Start from Chandigarh and drive to Shimla.

• You can explore the Ridge, Mall Road, Christ Church, Jakhoo Temple, and maybe even take a stroll along the Mall Road.

• If time permits, visit the Summer Hill area for a quiet view of Shimla.

Day 2: Shimla to Rampur

• Enjoy the journey through the hills, passing picturesque landscapes.

• Upon arrival in Rampur, take it easy with a visit to local temples or the local markets.

Day 3: Rampur to Sangla

• Start early for the scenic drive to Sangla.

• The journey is filled with gorgeous views of the Kinnaur Kailash range, rivers, and valleys.

Day 4: Sangla to Chitkul - Rachham - Sangla (Local sightseeing)

• Chitkul is known as the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border. It offers spectacular views.

• After visiting Chitkul, you can explore Rachham village, which has its own charm with apple orchards and rustic beauty.

Day 5: Sangla to Kalpa (Monastery, Markets, Suicide Point, Roghi Village)

• The drive to Kalpa is breathtaking with panoramic views.

• Visit the Kalpa Monastery, the local markets, and the famous Suicide Point for stunning views of the valley.

• Take a short trip to Roghi village, known for its traditional architecture.

Day 6: Kalpa to Shimla

• Drive back to Shimla. You might want to take your time to enjoy the landscapes during the return journey.

Day 7: Shimla to Chandigarh

• After breakfast, head back to Chandigarh. You could spend the rest of the day shopping or relaxing in Chandigarh.

Cancellation Policy

At Balaji Incredible, we understand that plans may change, and we want to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth process for both our clients and the company. In case you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please refer to the following cancellation policy:

1. Advance Payment:

   • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm and secure the booking for the Services and/or Activities.

   • The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to the start date of the tour.

2. Non-Payment of Balance:

   • If the balance payment is not made one month before the scheduled start of the Services and/or Activities, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking, and no refund will be offered.

3. Cancellation by the Client:

   • If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, please notify us by sending an email to hello@balajiincredible.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."

   • The cancellation fee will be applied based on the intimation period (i.e., the number of days before the tour is scheduled to start).

• Refund Process: Once the cancellation request is received, the company will process the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund will be made via the same mode of payment used for the booking.

Price Revision:

• The prices for Services and/or Activities may be revised due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in taxes, fuel rates, or other external factors. In case of any price revision before the tour starts, the client will be notified in advance. The client will have the option to accept the revised price or cancel the booking with the applicable cancellation fees.
