Tour Inclusions:

• Accommodation: 4 nights in comfortable 3* or 4* hotels/resorts (based on your package choice)

• Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner (vegetarian/non-vegetarian options available)

• Transportation: AC/Non-AC vehicle for the entire trip (depending on the weather conditions and accessibility of the routes)

• Guided Sightseeing: Full-day sightseeing tours in all major locations with experienced local guides

• Permits: Necessary permits for the Spiti Valley (inner line permit)

• Local Transfers: Transfers to/from railway stations/bus stands (if applicable)

• Travel Assistance: Assistance throughout the trip for smooth travel

• Tour Coordinator: A professional tour coordinator to ensure a smooth experience

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Manali – Kaza (202 km | 9-10 hours)

• Morning:

  • Pickup from your hotel in Manali at 7:00 AM.

  • Breakfast and tea along the way at a local stop.

• Journey to Kaza:

  • Depart for Kaza, the administrative capital of Spiti Valley.

  • Enroute, witness stunning landscapes of high-altitude desert terrain, snow-covered mountains, and river valleys.

  • Cross famous passes like Rohtang Pass (if open), Kokhsar, Gramphu, and Batal.

  • Stop for a quick break at Chhatru for some tea/snacks.

  • Reach Kaza by evening and check-in to your hotel.

• Evening:

  • Enjoy a relaxed evening in Kaza, surrounded by pristine mountains and cool air.

  • Explore the local markets for some souvenirs.

• Overnight Stay: Stay in Kaza.

Day 2: Kaza – Local Sightseeing (Kaza)

• Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Head out for a full day of sightseeing in and around Kaza.

• Sightseeing:

  • Key Monastery: The largest monastery in Spiti, perched on a hill offering panoramic views of the valley.

  • Kibber Village: A picturesque high-altitude village, known for its unique traditional homes and the serene surroundings.

  • Chicham Bridge: The highest bridge in Asia, connecting Chicham Village to Kibber.

  • Hikkim Village: Visit the highest post office in the world located at Hikkim.

  • Langza Village: Known for its views of the Fossil Hill, you may also find fossils here.

• Evening:

  • Return to Kaza for a relaxing evening. You can visit some local cafes or relax at your hotel.

• Overnight Stay: Stay in Kaza.

Day 3: Kaza – Tabo (50 km | 2-3 hours)

• Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Depart for Tabo, a small village famous for its monastery and ancient murals.

• Journey to Tabo:

  • Leave Kaza and head towards Tabo, following the beautiful Spiti River, and enjoy the stunning barren landscape.

  • Tabo Monastery: Known as the "Ajanta of the Himalayas," the Tabo Monastery is one of the oldest monasteries in the region (over 1,000 years old) with incredible murals and stucco statues.

  • Explore the Cave Monasteries and the Tabo Fort, and learn about the history and significance of the area.

• Afternoon:

  • Explore the village of Tabo and interact with locals.

  • Visit the Tabo Village Monastery and take a stroll around the peaceful surroundings.

• Evening:

  • Return to your hotel in Tabo for a relaxed evening.

• Overnight Stay: Stay in Tabo.

Day 4: Tabo – Losar (75 km | 4-5 hours)

• Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Afterward, embark on a scenic drive to Losar, a beautiful village located at the entrance of Spiti Valley.

• Journey to Losar:

  • The road to Losar takes you through high-altitude terrains with awe-inspiring views of barren mountains and lush green patches along the river.

  • Visit the Chandratal Lake (depending on the season) or enjoy the beautiful landscape around the village.

• Afternoon:

  • Check-in at your accommodation in Losar.

  • Explore the village or simply relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the region.

• Evening:

  • Enjoy the evening at leisure in Losar, experiencing local life.

• Overnight Stay: Stay in Losar.

Day 5: Losar – Manali (190 km | 7-8 hours)

• Morning:

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.

  • Start your journey back to Manali via the same scenic route.

  • The drive takes you through the Kunzum Pass (subject to road conditions) and offers stunning mountain views.

• Afternoon:

  • Stop for lunch along the way at local roadside dhabas.

  • Arrive back in Manali in the evening.

• Evening:

  • Drop-off at your hotel in Manali or proceed to your onward journey

Cancellation Policy

At Balaji Incredible, we understand that plans may change, and we want to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth process for both our clients and the company. In case you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please refer to the following cancellation policy:

1. Advance Payment:

   • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm and secure the booking for the Services and/or Activities.

   • The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to the start date of the tour.

2. Non-Payment of Balance:

   • If the balance payment is not made one month before the scheduled start of the Services and/or Activities, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking, and no refund will be offered.

3. Cancellation by the Client:

   • If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, please notify us by sending an email to hello@balajiincredible.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."

   • The cancellation fee will be applied based on the intimation period (i.e., the number of days before the tour is scheduled to start).

• Refund Process: Once the cancellation request is received, the company will process the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund will be made via the same mode of payment used for the booking.

Price Revision:

• The prices for Services and/or Activities may be revised due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in taxes, fuel rates, or other external factors. In case of any price revision before the tour starts, the client will be notified in advance. The client will have the option to accept the revised price or cancel the booking with the applicable cancellation fees.
